This fault could show up when a particular zone in your home gets no airflow at all, no matter what setting you choose on the AirTouch console or app. It’s worth distinguishing this from a zone that closes normally once it reaches its target temperature: that’s expected behaviour, not a fault.
A genuine zone-not-opening fault could mean the zone’s motor isn’t responding when it’s toggled on or off through AirTouch. It can also point to a blockage in the ductwork, a faulty control cable running to that zone, a problem with the corresponding port on the main control module, or a damper motor that has failed.
Send us the code and a photo of the display, and a Ford & Doonan technician will get back to you. Please don't reset the unit before you take the photo.
