Every part of my experience of getting ducted reverse cycle airconditioning put in by Ford and Dooman was easy and excellent. Lewis was super quick at providing me a quote, and answering all our numerous questions. The quote was clear with no hidden expenses. On installation day Carl and the team were punctual, professional, clean and efficient. The air con itself works incredibly well, and was easy to connect to my wifi. Absolutely fantastic service from Ford & Doonan and Carl! They installed our new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and did an amazing job — super professional, no mess, and even removed our old heat pump for us. Extremely satisfied with replacement reverse cycle ducted aircon system. We had several quotes from different companies and although Ford and Doonan were not the cheapest we were most impressed by Lewis who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Alex and his team who did the installation were excellent. On time, hard working , respectful, friendly and cleaned up at the end of the day. Alex gave clear instructions on how to use the controller and was very knowledgeable. The whole process was very smooth from initial contact, delivery of materials and installation. After deciding to upgrade from evaporative to refrigerative air conditioning we are very pleased with the work done by the Ford & Doonan team. From quote to installation was quick and efficient. The installation team had the work done in a day and even our nervous, rescue dog liked them.
