I called Ford and Doonan as they installed the AC in my son's house. Great experience from start to finish. Eamonn explained everything in detail and the install was seamless and trouble free. The install guys (Chris, Tim and Tom) were lovely, efficient and very tidy. The control panel is easy to use and the convenience of being able to control every room's air means no wasted energy. Could not fault the people that we dealt with. From the initial consultation to  the lovely administration staff to the annual servicing they have just completed. Everyone was so lovely and the workmanship was amazing. I could not believe how tidy they were, we were expecting a bit of a mess to clean up, this was not the case. Nathan was absolutely amazing! He installed our reverse cycle air conditioning. He put in so much time and effort to perfect the quality of cooling/heating in our newly renovated sensory room, which is for our child with special needs.
