We couldn’t fault Ford and Doonan and the team! Leigh-ann came around for the quote and provided thorough detail and explanation of the system and process. She even included some extras that ensured we had the system features we were after. The installation team were efficient and helpful in explaining the system and management of it. Ford and Donan Clarkson were absolutely top quality from start to finish.  From the initial measuring and quoting through to the phone calls, emails, and communication, the service was exceptional. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, professional, and extremely patient. When the installation team arrived, they continued that high standard of service. The guys were polite, well mannered, respectful, and very clean and tidy throughout the installation.  They did an excellent job installing my air conditioner, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Ford and Donan Clarkson and would highly recommend them to anyone. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. I would like to give a positive shout out to the team that came and fitted our new A/C system. They were really professional and a pleasure to meet. They were on time, polite, had excellent communication all the way through, were very clean and just got on with the job. We have a kitten so needed to make sure she didn't escape and they made sure doors were shut and did one room first so she could stay in there. They are a credit to your company! It's great to see young lads doing a good trade job. Overall the whole experience from the first phone call with Leigh-ann through to the fitting was an easy and well managed affair. A terrific company, who from initial contact (Donna and Leigh-Ann) until completion of installation. Leigh-Ann is the manager and personally attended and explained everything involved and offered her expertise with regards to problem solving. The installing crew did a great job and left our house clean and installed new ducts whilst covering up the old ones. The system is great and we couldn't be more thankful.  Highly recommend! I recently had an air conditioning system installed by Ford & Doonan, (Clarkson Branch) and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation through to the final installation, the entire process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. The team took the time to understand my needs and recommended a system that was perfectly suited to my home. On installation day, the technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, and treated my property with respect. They kept everything clean and tidy and made sure the system was set up properly before leaving. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to explain how everything works. They made sure I was comfortable using the system and answered all my questions clearly. The air conditioning works perfectly and has made a huge difference to comfort at home. Leigh‑Anne and the team were fantastic to deal with, completely hassle‑free from start to finish. The installers were great as well and really accommodating, especially with me working from home and juggling a cat and dog who were determined to want to micro manage everyone. They were quick, checked exactly where I wanted the vents and controller, and made the whole process easy. From the moment we contacted Ford & Doonan for a quote, the customer service has been outstanding. I made an enquiry and, on the very same day, someone came out to provide a quote. Within about a week, our air conditioning system was installed. We’ve just had our one year service, and once again the experience was fantastic. Both the technician and the administrator were professional, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend their team for both installation and ongoing service, it’s been an amazing experience.
