Using Ford and Doonan Osborne Park was a delight. i worked with the American Mike who came out in a timely manor. he offered his advice to give us the best info possible. Mike new a lot about his product and how the install would take place in our home. he didn't try and up sell us on any thing only gave us the best info possible so we could make the choice. the installer Shaun was great he explained everything to us as he was doing the install. I would recommend Mike and Ford and Doonan to any of my family and friends.
