Tom Marion was professional, knowledgeable, responsive and really listened to what we needed, giving us clear, practical and honest advice we could trust, without any pressure. He took the time to understand our home, worked with our requirements and budget, kept us informed throughout, and helped us achieve the best possible outcome. Chad attended on site yesterday to service our ducted system and six split systems.   He rang ahead to confirm his ETA and arrived at the expected time.  Chad was very friendly and after a quick walk round to locate the equipment he got straight to work.  I was impressed with how quietly and efficiently he did his work - we hardly knew he was there.  After he was finished he explained to us in detail everything that he had done and advised us that the office would send an invoice via email.  The detailed invoice and service report were received today. Highly recommend KAZ! They just serviced my reverse-cycle air conditioner and did a very thorough job. They took the time to patiently explain how to adjust the temperature settings to get the best performance from the system, which I really appreciated. Tom was fantastic as he listened to our concerns regarding our old ducted unit and suggested the best product for our setup. All drawings were supplied to us from our house plans detailing all new zones colour coded. The Panasonic and the e zone is awesome. The install team were great and walked us through maintenance and setup. Such a better install and thought gone into it than old system ....all colourbond colour matched. Well done Tom and team. I had my old  Reverse Cycle A/C removed & replaced by Ford & Doonan Canning vale & I can't speak highly enough about the service & workmanship I received throughout the process . Very happy to give them a 5 star rating  & recommendation. I couldn't be more happy with the job. A special mention for Tom Manion who looked after the process from start to finish.
