Old Daiken packed it in after 20 years service -Ajdin put together the initial quote to replace with a Panasonic which upon revision I realised, I needed to add further dampers to gain a greater amount of control than the original system. Ajdin was quite happy to come out and inspect the original ducting and dampers. He came promptly and carried out the required roof investigation to confirm requirements. We had a good discussion about available options with new technology and the greater efficiencies offered. I and am very happy with the revised plan. Looking forward to next weeks install... as it's freezing!!!
