The installation went really well and I'm very happy with my product (and the price), but the best part of this experience was the communication. I was contacted very promptly and given lots of clear information about what would happen next. The workers arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they told me in advance they were going to do. The person who came to my home to inspect the site was really helpful too - he made knowledgeable suggestions and clarified why he was suggesting them, and I did not feel pressured to say yes to anything. Chelsea in particular has been in excellent contact with me throughout the process. Would absolutely call them again in the future.

After accepting the F&D quote, Danny and his boys came just a few days later to both remove of my old inefficient and ineffective system and fit my new system replacement Daiken system.   Danny and his boys were excellent not only in their very professional and quick service but also, with their very helpful and informative advice and tidy up after they were finished.
