If your AirTouch touchscreen has frozen or simply won’t respond to taps, this is typically an issue with the console itself rather than a fault with your ducted AC unit or zoning. The screen may look normal but simply won’t register any input.
Most of the time this comes down to the console’s software hanging, though occasionally it can point to a hardware fault within the unit. Either way, it’s a quick fix once one of our technicians has taken a look.
