Find out what your air conditioning error code means and what to do next. Our guides cover Daikin, Panasonic, Samsung and AirTouch systems.
AirTouch is Australia’s popular ducted air conditioning zone control system, a touchscreen console and companion app that sits over the top of your existing ducted AC unit from brands like Daikin, Panasonic or Samsung, managing airflow, zoning and temperature across your home. Because AirTouch is a control layer rather than the air conditioner itself, most of the fault codes below relate to communication between the AirTouch console and your AC unit, rather than the unit’s cooling or heating performance.
Use the guide below to understand what your AirTouch is telling you. For the fix itself, it’s best to get in touch with Ford & Doonan rather than opening up or adjusting the system yourself.
