AirTouch LOW BATTERY

AirTouch Low Battery (Temperature Sensor): Troubleshooting

A “Low Battery” icon next to one of your zones simply means the coin-cell battery in that zone’s wireless temperature sensor is running low. It’s not a fault with your ducted AC unit or the AirTouch console itself, just a routine part of owning wireless sensors.

These batteries typically last around one to two years under normal use before they need replacing. AirTouch is designed to handle this gracefully in the meantime, so there’s no need to treat it as an urgent issue.

  • This indicator simply reflects normal battery depletion in the wireless temperature sensor for that zone over time.
