From initial contact by phone, the receptionist was ultra efficient and helpful, through to the air con service where the technician was efficient and helpful on the phone as I couldn't be present at the property. The technician even put my daughters room back together after I had to move the bed to provide access to the internal unit. Will definitely use F and D again.

Excellent experience the whole way - from Ken in the sales process through to the professional installation team. Could not be happier with our new ducted system, thank you to the whole team at Ford & Doonan Bunbury.

Communication from quote to installation was great. The team who installed the aircon in my house were very respectful and polite.
They cleaned up after them selves. Would 10/10 recommend Ford & Doonan Bunbury.

Couldn't recommend enough. Got me in within a few weeks just in time for Christmas. Workmanship wasn't second to none by the boys. Stoked with the product. Thanks again Ford and Doonan

Fantastic team. Great product and brilliant installation. Took no time from Joe looking at my place to having everything done 👍Now, finally enjoying warmth. Not cheap, but worth every cent 🤩
