As a key part of the Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning Group, Ford & Doonan Midland is owned by Scott Watson and first opened its doors in April 2012. Since then, the Midland store has supported a growing homeowner client base, premium homes and quality residential air conditioning installations.

The team is focused on delivering reliable air conditioning systems, professional installation and a high level of customer service across Midland and surrounding suburbs.

My enquiry was handled by Tegan who was friendly, prompt and professional. I called late afternoon on a Friday and she was able to help me organise a technician for the next business day within the hour. Technician Matt who looked after me on the Monday was also exceptional to deal with and was kind enough to fit me in around my knock off time at the end of the day. He came around, sorted my aircon problem out quickly and helped me troubleshoot a few other issues with my unit. Extremely impressed with the service I received from Ford and Doonan Midland and I will be using them again should I need another aircon install.

Even though we went with a different position, Michael's suggestion we place a pedestal fan at a particular place is extremely effective in redirecting cool air to our bedroom. The installation was completed exactly as quoted, the team arrived on time and worked very efficiently to remove the old evaporation cooler and install the new deducted and split system. They cleaned up everything and were done by 3 PM. The system works well and the controller is easy to use. Did some power consumption measurements and found that the heating overnight for the whole house is less than 2 standard electric heaters. Looking forward to some hot days to test the cooling.
