Very pleased with my new ducted air con / heat pump, very good prompt, accurate, clear communication service from my enquire 1st point of service, to at home quote discussion, quoting, answers to my questions and quote acceptance. I had an excellent experience with Ford and Doonan Vic Park. The installation went really well and I'm very happy with my product (and the price), but the best part of this experience was the communication. I was contacted very promptly and given lots of clear information about what would happen next. The workers arrived when they said they would and did exactly what they told me in advance they were going to do. The person who came to my home to inspect the site was really helpful too - he made knowledgeable suggestions and clarified why he was suggesting them, and I did not feel pressured to say yes to anything. From the initial quotation through to the installation and post-installation support, your service has been excellent.

When Mick attended our home to prepare the quotation, he quickly allayed my concerns about the difficulties of replacing a ducted air conditioning system in a two-storey house by clearly explaining the work involved and the process they would follow. He also took the time to explain the options included in the online quotation.

My requests for clarification of the quotation were promptly answered, and the installation was booked.

The installation team — Don, Dill, Jay and Matteo — were great. They removed the redundant air conditioning system, installed the new system and cleared away all the waste, completing everything in the same day.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Mick and his team. We were modifying an existing system and Mick was very generous with his time to guide us through the various options available, with consideration for cost at all stages. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
