Franchise of the Year 2016 Midland
It was that time of the year again to reevaluate the performances of all Ford & Doonan Franchises. The Franchise of the Year Award is highly regarded and displays the performance of the store over the past three years.
This year it was a little different, as Ford & Doonan Midland not only won the Franchise of the Year Award, but also the Award for Fastest Growing Franchise 2016. This second Award is a display of the service performance and growth that the store has experienced of the past 12 months.
It was an honour to hand over both Awards to our Ford & Doonan Franchise Midland owner Scott Watson.
“Well the year 2015/16 all seems bit of blur looking back!
A number of milestones were achieved this year and we all worked very hard to accomplish them together.
We are a close knit team focussing on exceptional customer service and delivering the best installation standards & outcomes for our customers
Back in June 2016 Ryan was employed as our first dedicated Installation Supervisor increasing our team to four people and he has had a massive impact on better delivering the above outcomes!
Firstly we achieved:
- Daikin Super Dealer Status – First Time
- Achieved our highest Panasonic ranking with their SAN (Specialist Air Network) dealers.
- Fastest growing Franchise of the year – First Time
- Franchise of the year – First Time
We have also upgraded our show room and added new Ford & Doonan signage out the front with more improvements to come – watch this space…
In closing I would like to thank Andrew & Kyle with all the other Franchises for their support over the year and all of Midland’s suppliers and sub-contractors whom without this success would not be possible.”
