Annual Ford & Doonan Franchise Conference in Yallingup
This year’s Franchise Conference was located in WA’s south, Yallingup. The Directors and Managers of our eight stores got together over a period of three days to discuss the strategic planning. The morning conference sessions offered time not only for the strategic planning but also for SWOT analysis. The sessions were great opportunities for constructive discussions and communication between the stores, these included topics such as safety and OH&S, professional development and training on the latest products.
Teambuilding exercises were the main part of the afternoon program including activities of mountain biking and golfing. The refreshing nature environment supported to reacquaint at a personal level and discuss issues that affect the group.
The Franchise Conference 2013 was a full success as it developed relationships, trained our experts and created a good work environment to ensure we can deliver the best quality service to our customers.
