Ford & Doonan Win 2023 Master Builders Customer Service Award
On Saturday 15th April 2023, Ford & Doonan were awarded the prestigious Master Builders Association Excellence in Customer Service award at the 2023 Master Builders Housing Excellence Awards held at Crown Towers. 2023 marks the seventh year Ford & Doonan have taken this prestigious industry-recognised award home.
“Even though this isn’t the first customer service award Ford & Doonan has won, it doesn’t make it any less special” explained Andrew Ford, Managing Director of the Ford & Doonan group. “The Master Builders awards are always a sensational awards evening and something our team thoroughly enjoy attending each year. It’s always made that little bit special when we can walk away with an award under our arm and a smile from ear to ear.”

These awards run by the Master Builders are 100% independently judged, with submissions from new home builders, renovation companies, suppliers and trades to the Western Australian building and construction sector. There are two separate awards nights: The Housing Excellence Awards which focuses on residential work, and the Excellence in Construction awards which focuses on commercial work.
