Ford & Doonan Proudly Support the 2025 Telethon Home
Each year, the Telethon Home stands as a symbol of generosity, compassion, and community spirit in Western Australia. Built and sold to raise vital funds for Telethon—a cause dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of WA children – the home represents more than just bricks and mortar. It’s a tangible reflection of the many Western Australian businesses, trades, and individuals coming together to make a difference. In 2025, Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning is proud to once again contribute to this incredible initiative by supplying and installing two ducted air conditioning systems for the Telethon Home, located in the scenic Satterley Seaside Estate in Madora Bay.

This year’s home, built by Home Group in the picturesque Satterley Seaside Estate in Madora Bay, will feature two Daikin ducted reverse cycle air conditioners, expertly installed by the Ford & Doonan Mandurah team. These systems are designed to provide efficient year-round comfort, offering both heating and cooling through a single solution—a perfect match for Western Australia’s varied climate.
To take comfort and convenience even further, the home is equipped with the AirTouch 5 smart air conditioning controller. This advanced control system allows for:
- Zoned airflow control for greater efficiency
- Customisable scheduling with smart timers
- Control the air conditioner remotely via a mobile app for iOS/Android
- Smart home integration, enabling future compatibility with other smart devices like lighting systems and garage door openers
With these features, the new homeowners will be able to manage their comfort from anywhere, while also enjoying the benefits of a more energy-efficient lifestyle.
