Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning is proud to announce that it has been awarded the 2025 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Best Customer Service – Supplier Award. What This Award Represents
The HIA is a member-based association representing Australia’s residential building sector. With divisions across the country, HIA WA serves as the Western Australian chapter, advocating for the construction industry and recognising excellence in both homebuilding and the trades that support it.
The HIA awards identify, highlight, and celebrate industry excellence. Judging is conducted by an independent panel that evaluates not only the prepared submission, but also the entrant’s presence in the marketplace through reviews, customer sentiment, and reputation.
