Ford & Doonan Win 2024 HIA Best Customer Service Award for the 5th Consecutive Year
Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning has once again proven its dedication to outstanding service, taking home the 2024 HIA (Housing Industry Association) Customer Service Award for the fifth consecutive year. This prestigious industry-recognised award was presented at the 2024 HIA CSR Western Australia Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards, held on Friday, 29 November 2024, at The Westin Perth.
The HIA Customer Service Award recognises companies that go above and beyond in delivering exceptional service to their customers. Ford & Doonan’s five-year streak of wins reflects the company’s unwavering commitment to putting customers at the heart of its operations.
