F&D South West Win MBA Customer Service Award 2017
Ford &Â Doonan South West are extremely proud of our latest achievement, winning the Master Builders Association Customer Service award for suppliers 2017. The award acknowledges all of the hard work we have been putting in to ensure our Customer Service is second to none in the South West.
We have focused heavily on new systems and processes, including a much more detailed quality check, and customer review system. These two systems have given us more information on how our business is performing, and has allowed us to continually improve, and maintain the extremely high level of quality and service that we aim for every day.
Moving forward in 2017, we will again continue to provide not only the same, but an even improved level of service and quality. Thank you to everyone in the Ford &Doonan, both South West and the rest of WA, for helping achieve this goal.
