Builders Breakfast 2016
It is all about the Customer Experience!
That was the key message Ford & Doonan sent at this years Builders Breakfast 2016. Once a year we invite all our key clients for a breakfast, with different keynote speakers. This year our keynote speaker Graham Harvey, captured the audience with his key message on Customer Experience. Not only did he make everyone reflect on the customer service their company is delivering, but also what is each and every individual person or company accessories expressing, starting from the simplest things of coffee or which pen you are using, to what your end product will look like.
It was a very interesting morning, filled with good conversations, learning new ideas and impulses, topped off by a wonderful sunrise in Kings Park with a delicious breakfast.
